Uncle Tum came to stay!

'Where there's Blame - theres a Claim'...Daddy's best 'Accident claim Direct' Pose!!!
Today Tum/Uncle Tom/Big Tom -Matilda's God father, came to stay, He went to meet Daddy up at the rugby club as Daddy was playing a game this afternoon, when they returned Daddy had blood all over his face a he had been kicked during the game, It was touch and go for a minute as to whether or not a Butterfly stitch was required, but he soldiered on through the pain and this is the cut he is left with!!!
We went to get a milkshake and Matilda Scooted all the way to town! Then we went for a Thai meal - Mummy and Tom were being silly eating Chilli's, Mummy was definitely more hardcore...Tom was a bit of a lightweight in the chili eating championship, we had Red curry and Green curry with Duck and Chicken!!! Daddy stuck to his usual pad Thai and Chicken and We ate 'Drunken noddles' which were a bit delicious!!! !

Look at me!!!Matilda's gorgeous gift from Uncle Tom - a bright green hat and bag and some gorgeous sunglasses!!! And her outfit only happened to match!!!

How much Green can you handle??? The funny thing was when we got around the corner there was a metallic lime green convertible Peugeot with the roof down and we were going to try and put the girls in it...but we thought better of it!!!

Tils scooting with her new hat and bag!

On the way home from the restaurant we went to the park for a little play which was fun, It is being knocked down on Monday so it was the last time we got to play there before we get a new shiny one!!! -We cant wait until the summer!!!

Banbury on the bus!

My happy little Munchkin! She has had some serious headbangs today...most of them were before 10 am!!!

Today has been a LOOOOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGG day! We started really early getting up with Daddy as we usually do, only today we got ready and out by 9am!!! Woohooo...
We got a early bus to Banbury with Our friends Olivia and Penny we then went and did some serious shopping as both Matilda and Elsie needed Pyjamas...well that was my excuse for a hardcore shopping trip...umm as hardcore as Banbury gets!!!!! Teehee...

Matilda and Olivia trying sensible shoes on!!!

Matilda and Elsie got some gorgeous dresses...matching of course, and soem summer clothes! Mummy got a new handbag... (it is from the same range as the link but a different shape)...with strawberries on it...A favourite theme at the moment...You have to see it to believe it...Gosh its gorgeous!!!...It has little crochet strawberries dangling and a zebra print background!!! (isn't it Sooooooooze???) Probs not everyones taste!!!
Mummy also got a knitting book to try and inspire her to make something worth wearing (except for Katie as I made her a really cool scarf a while ago...oh and Tils last year... But something SUPER cool is defo in the pipeline!!!)
Tils also got a new MAGIC cup which she is hugely excited about as it has no hole..how does it work you say??? Well you will have to wait and see Tils so she can show you!!! She still has her milk in a cup at bed time! So we had at least 50 demonstratons before bed!!!
I also had to get lots of things from Boots, Baby shampoo, toothbrushes, Lunch, Organic Rusks for Els (they are dairy free Yay!!!) and Mummy invested in a few nail polishes.
The girls were all very well behaved and Matilda and Olivia were treated to a Dora the Explorer lucky bag.
The highlight of the day was when Matilda got her Dora the Explorer pyjamas...I do not allow characters or motifs on clothes normally (Horrid controlling mother Iam !!!) but she had been begging and had been such a good girl and they are quite tasteful..OK they are horrid and I would have muched prefer her normal skinny leg Gap ones (I love her c'ankles popping out the bottom of them!!!) but she is 3 so she can have some choice in her nightime attire!!!.....Especially as no one will see them!!! anyway!!!
On the bus trip home the bigger girls played with their Dora goodie bags and behaved very well, they both looked shattered!
We got back from Banbury and Mummy had to take Twig to the doctors for her 8 month check..she is doing very well, a child genius the doctor said, very advanced!!! Hahaha Only joking all is fine and Dandy and Beverly our Health visitor is very impressed with Elsie pulling herself up and crawling.... oh and her alphabet...backwards!!!
Tils stayed with Olivia and Pen while Mummy and Els were at the doctors and we went back and joined them at Susie's house and then Jenny Popped over with Katie, they are all excited about (Big/Auntie )Penny's wedding (good luck for Saturday!!!xxx) and we had a quick play and then we came home and Daddy followed shortly after.
Tils had an omelette (with peppers, pancetta, onion and cheese) for sups as that is what she had asked for and fresh mango....yummy!
No I dont have teeth but I di have a cool tooth brush with a gummy bit at the ends!!

Ready for bed on the sofa in their new P.Y.Jamas and playing with their new toothbrushes....
Tils looks so tired with her fingers in her mouth and Elsie has some mad hair going on!!!!!!

I hope everyone is impressed with my long post (including links so You can get a real feel of what it is like living in the Willy/Turnip Household!!!) A few comments wouldnt go amiss....

Daddy's been sign written!

The 'T Williams' is silver with a blue outline and the 'Plumbing & heating' is copper with a red outline, It looks so much better in real life, especailly when the sunshines on it.
It is the same both sides but the back has the same and a link to his website...designed by Mummy...www.twilliamsplumbing.com

Daddy's van arrived back yesterday all signwritten, Daddy told Mummy what he wanted and Mummy designed it on the computer and bothered the sign writter until he got just perfect(...I changed the fonts about 15 times and the colour scheme...I was customer from hell!)

Thank you all!

Thank you for the gorgeous gifts, cards and Birthday wishes!

Bumble bees......

You are not allowed to take Photographs in Bumble bees so I asked for permission to get some piccies when Tils had her cake, The children were shattered by that point...She was sooooo hot and bothered! So they are not the best pictures! And the Cake had subsided some what, Matilda had requested 'a sweetie pie cake... abit like Bob's Birthday cake but with marshmellows,'...what a tall order!!!!I made it using as much chocolate and marshmellow fluff as I could muster!...Its not as professional as Bob's but it tasted great!

Matilda and Lydia
Aydan and Matilda picking bits off!..I could not find a cake board big enough so I had to use a tray!
